Meet the Executive Team

Jack Gentle – President

Over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, and of that, 12 years of experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics® NAV.  Designed and developed warehouse management systems for Navision before current version included any such functionality.  Created Navision interfaces to customized E-Commerce website allowing its automated operation with minimal requirements for human intervention.

In the role of Vice President of Information Technologies, he led the development of the IT environment for a high-growth footwear/apparel distribution company, facilitating automated processes to support growth from $8MM to $120MM in annual revenue.  He worked directly with the CFO to develop sophisticated reporting systems, tracking diverse business metrics in support of the activities of the Finance Department.

Cris Searle – Vice President Professional Services

Over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, and of that, 12 years of experience in the administration of diverse Dynamics’ environments.  Developed and supported global technology operations for a premier footwear/apparel distributor for 8 years, including infrastructure management, global network expansion, Dynamics application development, Warehouse Automation/E-Commerce integration and general business management.

In the role of Director of Technical Operations, he managed all aspects of IT infrastructure, and made key decisions to develop and execute IT strategy, supporting growth of $8 MM to $120 MM in annual revenue within 7 years.  Additional 8 years of business analysis experience including requirements analysis, technical diagnosis, and the recommendation and implementation of technical solutions for business.

Eric Boes – Vice President Operations

An experienced leader with demonstrated personnel and project management skills, Eric brings over 20 years of IT experience to private and public organizations of all sizes.  He is adept at developing strategies to support and enhance overall corporate vision, and is capable of developing groups into strategic corporate resources that can support rapid growth.  He is skilled at enhancing the productivity of operational units by increasing efficiencies and functionality of supporting systems.

As a seasoned Dynamics professional, Eric successfully completed over 30 Dynamics implementations including over 20 as project lead.  Working for the first Dynamics NAV Solution Center in the US, he was responsible for requirements, design, development, testing, user training and go-live assistance.

Brad Lenahan – Vice President, Advanced Technologies

Extensive software development and database design experience.  Brad is knowledgeable of best practices with respect to numerous aspects of Information Technology.  9 years of experience programming Microsoft Dynamics® solutions, and 11 years of practical programming experience.  Extensive experience with Microsoft Enterprise offerings including Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007, and SQL Server 2000/2005/2008.

Brad Developed a custom Dynamics-based Electronic Document Interchange (EDI) system to enable automated exchange of order, invoicing and shipping documents comprising of more than 25% of total orders processed ($15-$20MM annual revenue) by dollar volume.  Established EDI-X12 based communication mechanism with a third-party fulfillment provider, exchanging an average of 350 electronic documents per day.  His communications infrastructure was subsequently enhanced to facilitate data replication between the head office’s Dynamics database and the Dynamics database of its Australian subsidiary.
